Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you,

At the starting point, the only mechanism for seeking truth and reality is reason and reliance on evidence, regardless of its outcomes. This is supported by Shi'ite narrations that the first thing God created was the reason. [1]

It is clear that in every matter there is both truth and falsehood. Strong and solid evidence supports the truth and refutes falsehood.

Thus, there is no basis for assuming the existence of two foundational pieces of evidence that equally support both truth and falsehood.

Rather, falsehood merely has ambiguities that may appear to be proofs, but when measured against the proofs of truth, their falseness is exposed. Falsehood may have its moment, but truth endures.

May you remain protected by Allah

Don’t you think that everyone on this earth considers themselves the closest to being correct? So, what practical mechanisms can we apply to convince the other party that they might be far from being correct?

Of course, I am speaking from the perspective of understanding the Prophetic approach to God’s law on earth. Thank you [for answering the question]
