Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you,
The answers to all your questions are found in the following narrations:
It has been narrated from Abu Basir, from Abu Abdullah [Imam As-Sadiq], Peace be upon him, who said:
حرّم الله عز وجل النساء على علي ما دامت فاطمة حيّة، قلت: فكيف؟ قال: لأنها طاهرة لا تحيض
"Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, prohibited other women for Ali as long as Fatima was alive." I asked, "How so?" He replied, "Because she is pure and does not menstruate." [1]
And the following has been narrated by The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family):
إن فاطمة خلقت حورية في صورة إنسية, وإن بنات الأنبياء لا تحيض
"Fatima was created as an houri in the form of a human, and the daughters of the prophets do not menstruate." [2]
And the following has [also] been narrated from The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) who was asked: What is the meaning of Al-Batul?
He then replied:
التي لم تر حمرة قط ولم تحض، فإن الحيض مكروه في بنات الأنبياء
"She is the one who has never seen redness [menstrual blood] and does not menstruate, for menstruation is disliked in the daughters of the prophets." [3]
May you remain under Allah’s protection.

Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you,
After greetings,
My question is:
Did Fatima al-Zahra, peace be upon her, experience menstruation?
If she did have menstrual bleeding, how can this be reconciled with her being purified as stated in the Verse of Purification?
How can she be purified and yet experience menstrual bleeding?
Does her purification by the Verse of Purification mean that she did not experience menstruation?
And does the narration "Fatima is a human houri" imply that she did not menstruate?
Thank you very much.
